Why we recommend Precious Dental for All-on-6

Most of this guide explains All-on-6 itself: what it is, how the two trips work, what can go wrong. This page is different. It is where we make the case for our own clinic, openly, so that the rest of the guide does not have to.

What the recommendation rests on

• Ministry authorisation. You will find Precious Dental on HealthTürkiye, the Ministry of Health’s portal for patients from abroad, under authorisation ST-4647. Checking takes about a minute.
• A named implant surgeon. All-on-6 is planned and placed by Dt. Hüseyin Yavuz Özbek, who qualified at Aydın Adnan Menderes University, Faculty of Dentistry in 2019 and is registered with the Turkish Dental Association under number 49105. He also checks the clinical content of this guide.
• One published price for both jaws. £6,500 for upper and lower together, published before you contact us, with the hotel, transfers and extractions included. The parts every All-on-6 case needs are not sold as extras.
• Guarantees in writing. Implants with their abutments carry a lifetime guarantee, and crowns and bridges five years, on the terms set out on the clinic’s guarantee page.
• Implant brands you can find at home. The clinic uses MegaGen, Neodent or Straumann implants. The brand used is written in your plan and your implant passport, which matters if a dentist in your own country ever needs to work on the bridge.
• A public review record. Rated “Excellent” on Trustpilot from 376 patient reviews. Read the lower ones as well as the high ones.

How a case is planned

1. From home. You send a panoramic X-ray or photos. A dentist tells you in writing whether All-on-6 looks suitable and what the plan would involve.
2. First trip. A CBCT 3D scan shows the bone along each jaw, so the six implant positions are planned from your own anatomy. The implants are placed and you fly home with fixed temporary teeth (4 hotel nights included).
3. Healing at home. The implants bond with the bone over the following months. You can message the clinic on WhatsApp with questions.
4. Second trip. Implant positions are recorded with an iCam photogrammetry camera alongside an intra-oral scan, and your zirconia bridge is made with CAD/CAM and fitted (5 hotel nights included).

For patients travelling from outside the UK

This guide is read in seven languages, and patients come to Antalya from across Europe. Two things are worth knowing before you plan. First, Türkiye is outside the European Union, so the EU rules that let some insurers repay treatment in another member state do not apply here. Second, what you take home matters: your plan, X-rays, scans and implant passport are what your own dentist will need later.

When we will tell you not to

All-on-6 is a big step. If your X-ray suggests that fewer implants, a bridge, or keeping some of your own teeth would serve you better, we will say so. If there is not enough bone for six implants without major grafting, we will say that too. The chapter who All-on-6 is for explains the usual reasons.

No. Precious Dental publishes this guide and benefits if you choose it. We say so at the top of every page. The reasons below are facts you can check on public pages, so you do not have to take our word for them.

Who carries out the surgery?

All-on-6 at Precious Dental is planned and placed by Dt. Hüseyin Yavuz Özbek, the clinic’s implant surgeon, registered with the Turkish Dental Association under number 49105.

What does the price cover?

£6,500 covers both jaws: implants, zirconia teeth on a titanium bar, temporary teeth, extractions, X-rays and medication, hotel nights on both trips and airport and clinic transfers. Flights are not included.

Can I come from anywhere in Europe?

Yes. Patients travel to Antalya from across Europe. What changes from country to country is what your insurer or tax office will contribute, and our blog has a guide for several countries.

Can I get an opinion before booking anything?

Yes. Send a recent panoramic X-ray or photos and a short description. A dentist will tell you in writing whether All-on-6 looks suitable and what the plan would involve. There is no obligation.
