In short: your enquiry goes only to Precious Dental, is used to answer you, and you can ask for it to be deleted at any time.
Who is responsible
The controller of personal data sent through this website is Precious Oral and Dental Health Centre (Precious Dental), Yeşilbahçe Mah. Savaş Cad. Mevsim Apt. No:3AA Üst Kat, Muratpaşa, Antalya, Türkiye, email info@dentprecious.com. Our UK company is Precious Teeth Ltd (Companies House number 14018597). What we collect
- From the enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, country, the treatment you are interested in, how you would like to be contacted and your message.
- About the visit that led to the form: the page you sent it from, the page you first arrived on, the referring website and any campaign tags in the web address. We use this to learn which pages are useful.
- On WhatsApp: if you message us there, WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy also apply.
The form does not ask for health information. If you later choose to send X-rays, photos or details of your health, they are health data, which the law protects more strictly. We use them only to assess your case and only because you have chosen to send them.
Why we use it, and on what basis
We use your details to reply to you and, if you ask, to prepare a treatment plan and price. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and for health information your explicit consent. You can withdraw consent at any time; that does not affect what was done before.
Where it goes
Your message is sent by email to the clinic’s enquiry inbox, and a copy is kept on our web server in a folder that is not publicly accessible. Precious Dental staff who handle enquiries can see it. We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to other clinics, agents or advertisers.
The clinic is in Türkiye, which is outside the European Economic Area and the UK. When you send an enquiry from Europe or the UK, your details travel to a clinic there, and Türkiye’s own data protection law (Law No. 6698, known as KVKK) also applies to how the clinic handles them.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to answer you and to follow up on the treatment you asked about. If you become a patient, the clinic’s rules for patient records apply instead. Ask us at any time and we will delete your enquiry.
Cookies
The site works without cookies. If visitor statistics are switched on, Google Analytics loads only after you click “Accept” in the cookie banner; until then no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice through “Cookie settings” at the foot of each page. We use no advertising cookies.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR, the EU General Data Protection Regulation and Türkiye’s KVKK, you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent. Email info@dentprecious.com.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live, for example the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK (ico.org.uk), or to Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Authority (kvkk.gov.tr).
Changes
If we change how this website handles personal data, we update this page and the date at the foot of it.
